  The roof rack came perfectly packed with detailed instructions. quality is very good! Only flaw we found was that roof rack on one side at the end doesn't sit flush with the car but has a 1mm gap for the last 10cm no matter how much we try to adjust it to fit better. But all in all very good product!

  Except for the delivery point snafu (UPS tracking had delivery advised and since their site excludes P.O. delivery points I got a bit alarmed when no package arrived at our residential address. Finally located at the local P.O.!!) the experience was very good. Very well packaged and arrived with no damage. Getting the rails onto the car took about 90 minutes and was fiddly since 12 screws need locating at the bottom of 25mm holes to pick up vehicle mounting points.
