  Have not received refund as of now. Seller wanted pictures. Sent them. Seller did not want to send return label. Finally did. Item was broke from the start. Why would I want to return it if it was working?

  Sorry you havent got your return yet please get with Ebay as your return has processed on our end. And we sent you a return label within minutes of you asking for a return through eBay. We cannot send you a return label. Unless you do this. We have no problem with you returning your item. We just have to follow the proper protocols. We require pictures and proof on our returns. I’m sorry your item got broke in Shipping as it does happen from time to time and it’s totally out of our control,

  Quality was great. Condition was great. Value was ok. When comes to appearance, the seller poured perfume over the package that practically ruined the item for me. I am very allergic to ALL ARTIFICIAL FREAGRANCES. And that includes ANY PERFUME and COLOGNE. So, any one who wants a stinky water pick in their bathroom -- buying from the Seller is just fine.

  I’m sorry you didn’t like the smell of your item! It didn’t have a smell when it left our warehouse as all our items are new from the factory. We would have been happy to make it right but you never reach out for us to do so. Instead you just left negative feedback.
