    The interaction was very disappointing. Received the incorrect item. I contacted the seller asking them to send the correct item, and the only option I was offered was to request a refund, package up the item that they had sent me and send it back to them and then re-purchase the item that I actually wanted. This is really not acceptable. They expected me to correct their mistake. Shocking business practice

    As a small business owner, I work hard to make sure every order is correct, and I regret that there was an error with this one. In accordance with eBay’s policy, we promptly provided a return so the issue could be resolved correctly. While I understand the situation was frustrating, we followed eBay’s required process to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
