The person who packed it definitely cared about the components and making sure the printer was secure. The printer shipped in it’s factory box, inside another box for extra protection. I had the unit in packed and calibrating in about 10 minutes and it’s working perfectly. The printer itself looks virtually new, and even has some of the upgrades I was going to add myself. Overall I am very pleased.
