    The item I ordered was out of stock but they did not tell me until I contacted them over a week after my order. At this time they told me I had not received it due to a backlog of orders, and that they didn't believe it was a stock issue. Upon further prompting they finally said it was out of stock and refunded me. Pretty poor communications, and if they were out of stock why did they not remove the listing? Frustrating.
