What defective item? I stick with what I said, it's a new slide that needs fitment and you are not capable to do it, RETURN IT IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION ASAP FOR A FULL REFUND. Write as many bad reviews as you like I'm not gonna let you steal from my business, and it's not an insult.
