Holes for fixing bolts slightly misaligned .needed to file hole edges to make them locate over bolts.Instructions say you can locate securing nuts through top,not true ,hole on top much too small. Black spring handle for turning seemed jammed but released after we took it apart and reassembled. Still v stiff to operate. It now functions but needed lot of fettling!
