Attention everyone, I'm a 79-year old Vietnam Veteran so this is an adult giving this feedback. I have contacted the seller (Chiba's Collectibles) multiple times to give me a Full-Refund but he REFUSES !!! He or she stuck the HP printer in a huge box with bare minimum of packing. In-fact it was so badly packed that the HP printer was not even held in place as it just BOUNCED around inside the box. As I picked it up glass was falling. I'm now going to contact eBay and see if they will REFUND

I never denied this buyer anything, this is completely false. The item was packed with care, like everything I ship. I responded and said I would do what was right with the situation, I asked for more photos of the damage, print head, the ink, and serial number before I began the process. He REFUSED to send the photos, when he opened a request, I accepted it. He has been rude, condescending, and threatening the entire time. I have reported his threats to eBay. I suggest you all block this liar.
