Items were delivered on a timely fashion but I was very disappointed in the discoloration of the plates - there are white spots among the design & around the rim on all the 8 soup bowls. I know these are used soup bowl's but for the price of these bowls and the HUGE SHIPPING COST they are not a nice looking serving piece. They should have not been sold in this condition.
