    This item was the best tower computer ever purchased(This is the 3rd). Everything is working great and now I do not have to worry about not having Windows 11. This seller, hopefully, will not quit refurbishing towers. They are more affordable than newer models, and have capability to play CD's & DVD's. Condition was in better shape than 'Good'. Seller gets high marks-AAAA+++++

    So far I am very pleased with the computer I purchased. However, the wrong power cord was sent, so I had to purchase another one. Also, the packing was terrible and the computer had popped open. I'm surprised the computer was working. There was very little packing material used. The computer was not secure in the box and the keyboard and mouse were just in the box with no protection at all.
