    To be fair there was positive points I would like to mention: Jahami crystal pitcher made in Czech Republic, was delivered on time, well packaged, in good condition. It is pretty to look at for those who like and appreciate hand cut crystal. The advertising this pitcher as being 12 inches in height lead me to purchase it. That is totally misleading on Sellers part, because I am including the picture with ruler, and the height is 8.5 inches, Unacceptable.
