Item never arrived. Contacted the vendor more than once, who was unable to complete the transaction for whatever reason. Had to get refund off eBay in the end.

I had been trying to refund you as i explained in our emails but my new card is not recognised by the Ebay system ....my bank end is fine but there is some problem with the Ebay payment system for my card, i have not had this problem before...

We advised that we found a crack in the original part that was unseen when listed , we could have sent this but didnt as we are correct people. I then tried to find another part from our contacts but we couldnt find another. No pleasing some people !!!!

We found a crack in the spring in the handle...tried to source another. but refunded when not found
