    Item listed as new/unused however, the bladder was clearly used as it had water spots all inside and out and smelled like old liquid, and the bite valve was ripped open on both sides. Seller immediately responded with a couple options to return or partial refund as well as an apology for missing the issues. A+ service. Thank you.
