    "New" Item came with broken trinket. I was offered a full refund and return or 2.00 refund which still does not even cover the excessive postage. I am not very happy, but other than the broken trinket it appeared to be in unused condition. I normally would not have paid that much postage but I wanted this item. I know what they cost to ship. Just sad and aggravating especially when efforts could have been made to properly protect the trinkets by wrapping them separately.
