    The machine I ended up with works great and came packed well and in very good condition. The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests

When i had a couple of challenges getting the laser cleaner running the seller answered every question super quickly with supporting photos. Could not be happier. Had trouble with the usb drive files and they were quick to email me the drivers and configuration files I needed. The system works as described with lightburn and has been a great addition to my business.
