    Shipping was very fast. Condition was new with tags. However the quality of this item is not as I was expecting and different than described in the listing. It is not a "sweatshirt" material with a fleece lining. This is a long sleeve shirt with a hood, it is one layer-- same material inside and outside. Seller was prompt in responding to concerns and offered a partial refund. Very prompt attention and appreciate them working with me rather than having the hassle of paying for shipping a return.
