Messaged the buyer back multiple times explaining with photos how to put the batteries in & how to work the light. Buyer wanted a refund and keep the item. I told buyer to please open a return for a refund. Wanted me to send a prepaid box to them in order to ship back to me. I let them know once the return was opened, they could print the prepaid label out or go to any USPS and show them the QR code that USPS would print the label.
