  Signs of much use. The iPod works well. The charging port however is horrible. Its stopped working after 1 use. I suggest buying accessories from a different vendor.

  I was in contact with the seller multiple times and nothing was resolved. I ordered a blue iPod for my daughter and received a text message after I received a message saying it was sent out saying blue was unavailable so we had to get silver. We received the package tried to put music on it. Nothing worked. I contacted the seller. He was very rude about any help with replacing it or paying for a shipping label to return it. We sent the iPod back. I contacted asking if he received it. Nothing.
