Computer Works was founded and created in 2013 and is located in Easthampton MA. We are a small family veteran owned business and just recently added our store to our exsisting eBay store. The listing photo even shows it working! We fix phones here, so if the battery was bad we would of easily changed it before it was shipped! The seller NEVER even contacted us directly before leaving the negative feedback as eBay suggests buyers do BEFORE leaving this type of feedback. Then when we sent the buyer a message about the situation, they NEVER responded at all! So they are clearly not credible!
