About us

At the age of five, I rolled away from my first yard sale. We were parked on a steep driveway and my dad forgot to set the emergency brake. I went home with a Mickey Mantle baseball card and two Batman comic books, and all I had to do was not tell mom about the words dad hollered as he ran downhill after the car.
That was sixty-four years ago. Somewhere along the line I lost the card and comics, but I kept my promise and never squealed on dad.
I've been rummaging through yard sales, estate sales, thrift stores and auctions ever since.
