Item was not as described, the base of the lamp was discoloured in places and this hadn't been stated in the listing. I asked to return the item, which the seller seemed to have a bit of an attitude about, inferring that because it was rare the discolouration didn't matter. However they accepted the return but in the end I had to escalate my case to eBay, after the seller received the return, in order to get my refund.

This was not the case , I apologised as I didn't see this discoloured part because sully stood on top of that part, she then used her son against me which was clearly unfair and I don't tend to upset anyone, I offered money off and she refused and was very very rude . unfortunately eBay took over the case so upon refunding the item it wouldn't let me , I sent screen shots and kept the customer update but she had made her mind up I was a lair no matter how much I apologised over and over again .
