    The plaque which was sent to me was not as the picture depicted it; it was not same as plaque shown.... (Wording on plaque was not filled in/darkened, as shown by them, and it was, therefore, hardly readable. I contacted seller. They responded by putting responsibility on buyer stating that if I "did not like the item," I could return it, but that I would need to send pictures. I do not have technology to send pictures, so am stuck with a plaque that is deficit to say the least.

    Just to clarify, we never asked for photos, we have free returns & said if you are unhappy with your purchase, simply open a return and you will receive the free return label. That offer still stands- not sure where the confusion is.
