The coat was as described in terms of wear, but it hadn't been cleaned. Dirty exterior, items in pockets, and what looked like mouse droppings in the hood. I was able to fix this by running it through the wash a few times, which is why this is only a "Neutral" review instead of a negative one. Definitely not the experience one hopes for when buying used clothes.
