  Item arrived damaged and unfit for purpose. Selling was asked for a full refund and he offered a partial refund of £12 which I refused. Nevertheless he sent me the £12 plus vat and informed EBay that I had accepted his refund. This was total lies and I emailed him and EBay to say that I was NOT accepting his offer. Now EBay has closed this case and I am left with a useless washer and £27 out of pocket. BUYERS BEWARE. spend your money wisely instead of with this dishonest con man
