    While the item description is correct and as described, the documentation for customs was incorrect and prompted customs to charge the VAT again at a higher rate + processong fees, but this VAT was already paid upon checkout. eBay refuses a part of the original VAT amount of 9.81€ while local post charged 11.81€ plus a processing fee of 19.50€ - all of which should not have happened if eBay had properly initiated the IOSS documentation.
