This product was advertised as vintage marine lamp. The back is plastic and says made in China. Looks like a dollar store but. I contacted the owner for a partial discount. As I believe it was grossly misrepresented and she declined the compromise.

If you can prove to me that the lamp you purchased from the Unique 'Tiquer Boutique is available or was ever available on the shelves of a dollar store, or temu, or wherever else your shopping trips lead you to purchase things of this nature, (which does not mean they are not valuable), prior to 2014 because 10 years makes things vintage, I will give you a full refund.
