The hook is quite sturdy and opens/closes the window with ease. There are different hook sizes available, as well as 2 different types of extension poles (although doesnt say so in the product listing), in case hook doesn't fit customer services will be able to help. Customer support are very responsive, did an excellent job at satisfying this customer.
