  The toy arrived at my address on time. Unfortunately the seller had been operating the toy at some time because the tab was pulled out of the batteries and the batteries were dead. That not being the problem but the problem lies with when you leave dead batteries in equipment they tend to release battery acid which did happen. The battery acid ate the springs in the toy so the toy did not work on arrival. Me being crafty and somewhat of a handy person I was able to replace the springs. Toy works
