    I ordered the phone, and msg'ed my preference for OS. The used phone looked like new. They transferred the OS and sent it out quickly, letting me know they had got the OS note. There was nothing else with the phone, but it works gr8. Securely packaged; and good communication. I didn't have to worry about installing the OS; but the added cost vs. prices for just the phone was about 50+; but it was worth it not to spend the time doing it myself, as things have been busy.
