  The experience was fine I have no problem with the seller and how he said the product and the time it took to get here. Unfortunately it looks like FedEx may have dropped to the box the product was in and there was no bubble wrap or foam or anything wrapped around the product itself inside the box so the upper corner of the door is smashed I don't know if I can unsmash it to get it to fit my oven.

  Seller took his time to ship the item and it got delivered days later than advertised and i was forced to buy a new machine. I contacted this seller for a refund or some type of compensation and he/she did not respond to my message, which was rude and unprofessional I didn't even open the box, as there was no need for the item.
