I'm sorry you're unhappy but the condition was clearly stated in the listing text. The item was described as NOS (New Old Stock) and vintage. The condition comments were bolded and highlighted in red. The comment about the stripe decals was even underlined! I went to some effort to describe the condition properly because this is a 29 year old vintage collectible! The date was stated in both the title & the description. Buyer made no effort to communicate or return before leaving a negative.

Beautiful and exactly as described - Unused Condition! The creamer was extremely well packed. The box had been crushed during shipping but the extra care the seller gave to wrapping the creamer in multiple layers of tissue and bubble wrap prevented any damage. The item was delivered quickly and the shipping charges were reasonable which is important to me. I highly recommend this seller and will order from them again. Thank you!
