  The K169 key I shipped is definitely the correct one. I've had years of successful sales with this code on another platform, and even received positive feedback for it here. It's a shame he didn't reach out before leaving feedback, as I would have gladly helped troubleshoot. Without any contact, I can only speculate on the issue. It could be a problem with his lock itself, an incorrect code ordered, or perhaps the wrong key application altogether.
