    The keys did not work to unlock the old locks on my Rhino Rack, and one of them broke off while I was trying to get it to work. But I still give the vendor positive rating because he seemed to be very concerned and took a personal interest in what the problem might be and offered advice and was quick to give a full refund when I returned the keys. If I need keys in the future I will try this vendor again. The price was reasonable and shipping was free, so that was very good.

    The reason the keys didn't work is because his locks haven't been used in many years and were completely seized up from being exposed to the weather for many years. Buyer broke one of the keys in his seized lock and immediately messaged me demanding that I sent him the correct keys. The Keys were fine, his locks were the problem but I still let him return them for a refund. He is now added to my blocked buyer list
