    crack in main body of hoover, obviously been dropped or misused at some point... hoover still works, as stated working but No Statement about the crack, won't be coming back...

    There was no damage or crack to the item when listed or sent, if there was I would have noted it in the listing for a start. The item has more than likely got damaged in transit due to neglect from the courier. If you had messaged me we could have looked into compensation and me putting in a claim for damage, but again lack of communication as per when this kind of feedback if left. Nice to see you also didn't mention I upgraded your delivery for FREE to next day, but that's not important ay?
