Hello everyone and welcome to Dcybermind Store.

The "Dcybermind Store" is opened by a couple that are trying to earn some extra income to be able to pay the bills and to hopefully one day make enough income to have the wife stay at home with the kids. We are doing our best that every item in our store that is listed can be at its very best condition at reasonable prices. This items are recovered from place like: Goodwill Outlet, Salvation Army, Public Auctions, Garage Sales... ect. Check our store daily because you never know what items we find. We are looking for anything that it is in great or new condition that we can make a little profit.

Please don't leave us a negative feedback if in case the item is unsatisfactory. Give us a change to fix the problem and we would not let you down.     Sent me a totally different looking Bluetooth that is very cheap quality, usually less than $10. The headset I got has no boom mic or noise canceling. The one I ordered usually runs about $100, but the one I wanted I do realize what's going to be used. I don't understand how they could make this kind of a mistake, they are totally different looking as well as the packaging.

    Well, the buyer is right, the error was made and not intentionally and apologized for the mistake. I refunded the whole amount to the buyer and let them keep that item to do whatever they want with it. I don't know what else I could have done.
