    Subject: Dispute Regarding Non-Genuine Product Dear dear_japan_fan_store, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of the Louis Vuitton L'Immensité Eau De Parfum from your store. Unfortunately, the product I received does not appear to be genuine. The fragrance dissipates within two hours, and the packaging differs significantly from the authentic product I own, notably the sticker on the bottle instead of the usual etched marking around the bottom.
