    Purchased a “new” face cream. Upon arrival the seal of the jar was broken and it was only half-full. The seller said she purchased the cream from a retail store and “opened the seal to make sure the product was full and intact.” There’s no reason to check a sealed product that is purchased from a retail store so clearly the item was tampered with. When I said I’ll reflect this in my review, she said “Ok” - no apology and no interest in remedying the situation. I do not recommend this seller.
