    Fast shipping. Exactly as described. This is the second time I bought these type of cups from this buyer. I asked to combine shipping both times to save shipping cost. The costs were excessive in the first place. Same size box for one as for two. I did not receive a refund on the combined shipping.

    The first time this buyer purchased from us it was TWO Separate orders June 11th & June 13th - so there was NO combined shipping. The 3rd order they did purchase two Cup & Saucers sets. They felt that the cost of shipping should be the same for two as it was for one. I explained the math 8 oz + 8 oz (weight of each item) = to 16 oz which = 1 lb. I also explained that the box would be larger 6"x5"x5" instead of a 4"x4"x4" box. They did receive combined shipping - no refund was warranted.
