    Betreff: Rückerstattung der Rücksendekosten – absolute Frechheit! Ich habe zwar den Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet bekommen, aber die Rücksendekosten in Höhe von 20 € musste ich selbst bezahlen – und das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Ich habe ein gefälschtes bzw. falsches Produkt erhalten, musste mich um alles selbst kümmern und zusätzlich auch noch für den Rückversand zahlen. Das ist inakzeptabel und unfair!
