    Received package with water damage to the cardboard envelope. Once opened photo was loose inside no plastic or anything protecting or covering the photo and water was all over the top of the photo damaging the item. I immediately contacted the seller, showed him photos and asked for a replacement. Seller said NO. Seller was adamant to contact Post Office, that it’s their fault and once it leaves his hands, he’s not responsible. Will not buy from this seller again.
