Promised Royal Mail 48 in listing but sent standard 2nd class... Took almost 3 weeks to arrive, hilarious deluded reply when I suggested removing "FAST DELIVERY" from the listing title & description .... Quote from his reply: "Just FYI, Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 2nd class are the same service". Also he didn't dispatch till 10 days after I'd payed! .. LOL!, why not just post items quickly by the promised service rather than having to make all these excuses here to people who won't return :)

Whether you send with RM48 or Royal Mail 2nd class, the given estimated delivery date is the same. Your goods were not dispatched 10 days after you paid, your goods were dispatched the day after your purchase. Label number was added to your order after your opened the request, difference. Not making excuses, stating facts here.

LOL! You need to start telling the truth mate, I paid 29 Apr, you dispatched 10 May & it was delivered 15 May, it's all in the order records. RM48 & 2nd class are NOT the same service. You need to stop misleading customers by listing "FAST DELIVERY" by RM48 then sending by 2nd class, literally all the bad feedback you've got here is because of that. Just tell the truth mate! think of the time and hassle it will save, I just don't see what you get from trying to blame RM constantly... LOL! ??????
