    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We did ship you a brand new, factory-sealed item. Since it was sealed, it wouldn't have been possible for a dealer to have known the adapter was missing. When you informed us it wasn’t there, we offered either to send you the adapter separately or replace the entire unit. You chose to request a return. The link we provided was your return label, but instead, a claim was filed with eBay, which was unnecessary.
