    Item arrived fast and well-packed, but one globe had a deep crack not disclosed in the listing photos or discription. Given the secure packaging, it unlikely damaged in transit. Seller doesn’t accept returns, so I now have to replace the replacement—costing more time and money. The shredded filler was also very messy to unpack and dispose of. This could’ve been a fair buy, but the damage and lack of disclosure makes for a frustrating experience. (highlighted crack with dry erase marker in photo)

    Item was not damaged prior to shipment. Had the buyer asked I would have refunded. Will refund anyway even though not asked.
