    Seller found one of the demitasse set cups broken before shipping but bought a label and wrapped it up anyway offering a $1 discount. Told me it was worthless. No apology. I asked for a refund.

    I informed the buyer before it was shipped. These cups were extra and were not part of the listing. Customer was unreasonable in wanting a 50% discount for 1 broken cup handle that wasn't even part of the listing. Also, the set was already on sale. Can't please everyone apparently...
