    Bought this for my Targus monopod. Perfect fit, seems sturdy, easy to adjust up and down and swivel. I put my big 500mm Signa lens on it without camera attached, and it worked fine. I’ll be trying it out on some bird photography in a couple of weeks so that will be the real test. Good seller too. I would buy from them again.
