  For price paid I was really hoping that better care would have been taken in packaging this item. I cannot tell if item was new or not as it came out of original packaging and shipped completely encased in bubble wrap. I understand dimensions are important when shipping but now I have to reconfigure original packaging and box for future packing and moving as I am in the military and moving every so often does occur. Figure quality overall was ok and overall I am satisfied with purchase.
