    My order arrived within the time stated & was carefully packaged, so my order arrived within the no damage.     Item was listed as new but when it arrived, it was obviously used. The internal packaging was squashed, box corners were dented & the inside of the box had water damage. The lightstick strap was dirty & had been attached the the lightstick before, & one of the stickers was stuck to the manual. The seller responded quickly when this was reported, but offered very minimal compensation. When I requested more refund otherwise a return, they accepted the higher refund & it was resolved quickly.
