    Seller was great to work with. I was able to return a defective item for a refund. Thank you very much. The DSL gateway arrived in working condition but suffered several spontaneous reboots when I tried to configure it for use in my home (connected to my laptop only, and before I could connect it to my ISP). Unfortunately, after I removed and restored power to the device it never powered back on (no lights at all). The seller accepted my return and provided a full refund.
