    The autograph arrived folded and poorly packaged. For the high shipping cost, I expected sturdier protection. When I asked about a partial refund, the seller directed me to eBay instead of helping directly.

    Item was packed accordingly like all previous autographs i send with cardboard insert as per most shippers. Sent via global shipping program. Ebay handles issues with international buyers with GSP, not the seller, that is why it was advised to go through Ebay. Blame goes to delivery service.
