Seller refused to ship to an American state, Hawaii.

I'm sorry, but our shipping policy clearly states that we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska (due to past experiences with inflated shipping costs and return costs). I also confirmed this when this customer sent a message. Disregarding this, they purchased the item anyway, trying to force the sale. Transaction was cancelled due to shipping problem.
